About Dale

Dale is a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record of success across community nonprofits, philanthropy, health care, faith-based organizations, and higher education. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative leadership style, Dale brings deep expertise in executive and nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, organizational culture, change management, resource development, public speaking, transition leadership, and meeting facilitation.

Dale currently serves as Executive Director of Evergreen Christian Outreach (EChO), where he has led the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation. Prior to EChO, he held key leadership roles at Mile High United Way and Kaiser Permanente of Colorado. Earlier in his career, Dale spent many years in pastoral ministry, where he developed his strengths-based, relationship-driven approach to leadership and team development.

He holds a degree in music from Seattle Pacific University and a Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary. In 2019, Dale completed Georgetown University’s New Strategies for Nonprofit Executives, a program focused on sustaining and scaling nonprofit revenue. He has also been trained in Results Based Facilitation through the Annie E. Casey Foundation.

Outside of his professional work, Dale enjoys a good round of golf, fly fishing from his kayak, and crafting gourmet meals for friends and family.
